 Orlando, Florida native, I've always had a passion for cooking and knew I wanted to open up a food truck where people can taste my authentic style. I opened up my very own food truck in the summer of 2019 and have been growing my business since. I plan to expand into establishments and eventually create brick and mortar all around Central Florida for many to enjoy!
